Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing up for and attending the Stay Creative Gathering, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in the Stay Creative Gathering involves physical activity, potential exposure to hazardous conditions, and risks inherent in working in an unconventional location. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or damage to property. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Brittain Perez, Stay Creative Gatherings, its affiliates, event organizers, staff, volunteers, and all other associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries resulting from my participation in the event. This includes any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brittain Perez, Stay Creative Gatherings, and its associates from any and all claims, actions, or causes of action that may arise from my actions, participation, or negligence during the event. Medical Treatment I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the event, and I release all parties from any liability associated with such treatment. Photographic and Video Consent I grant Brittain Perez and Stay Creative Gatherings permission to photograph or video record me during the event for promotional purposes. I waive any rights to compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or voice in any promotional materials or media. Health and Safety I confirm that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in the event. If I have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, I have disclosed them to the organizers in advance. Compliance with Rules I agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines set by the organizers, and I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the event without refund. Non-Refundable Fee I acknowledge that the fee for attending the Stay Creative Gathering is non-refundable, and I understand that if I am unable to attend for any reason, I will not receive a refund. By clicking the “I Understand” button, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I voluntarily waive any and all claims against Brittain Perez and Stay Creative Gatherings as outlined above.
